2017 – present : Design and submission of planning application in connection with an 18,580 sq.m (200,000 sq.ft) extension to an existing 18m high distribution centre for Exertis
2018 – 2019 : Design of a multi-compartment, temperature controlled logistics centre for GDL Trading in Limassol, Cyprus, for the storage of 6,000 frozen pallets with ancillary chilled and ambient storage, offices and staff facilities
2014 – 2019 : Delivery of a 50,558 sq.m (543,000 sq.ft) 18m high National Distribution Centre for Exertis at Burnley Bridge Industrial Estate. The scope included advising the client on site identification and acquisition, developing the brief and cost plan, monitoring the shell contract and then coordinating the fit out which included mechanical & electrical services, warehouse automation contract, installation of ground + 3-level mezzanine and Cat B office fit out
2017 – 2018 : Strategic consultancy for Boohoo.com relating to the planned procurement of a new 60,386 sq.m (650,000 sq.ft) 24m high automated warehouse including ground + 5-level mezzanine
2010 : Fit out of a 22,760 sq.m (245,000 sq.ft) distribution centre for Exertis at Warth Park, Raunds. The scope involved providing pre-acquisition advice prior to coordinating the project which required the installation of additional access doors and loading canopies, mechanical and electrical services, pallet racking and Cat B office fit out
2007 – 2008 : Design and project management of the installation of a 1,858 sq.m (20,000 sq.ft) mezzanine in an existing warehouse for Exertis, involving excavating out new column bases in the existing building which remained operational throughout the work.
2004 – 2005 : Refurbishment and extension of existing industrial unit for Exertis at Altham Business Park, Accrington. The client purchased the existing 4,645 sq.m (50,000 sq.ft) building and the project involved the design, procurement and management of a 5,575 sq.m (60,000 sq.ft) 12m high extension in addition to reconfiguring the existing offices prior to the new Cat B fit out.

2005 – present : Provision of ad-hoc professional property services to Rockwell Collins in Leighton Buzzard including undertaking building/site surveys, space planning, obtaining statutory consents and advising on planning and land ownership issues
2019 : Feasibility study for the design of a new industrial estate in Stevenage, Herts, providing 2,490 sq.m (26,800 sq.ft) of mixed B1/B2/B8 space for an industrial property investor
2017 : Feasibility study for the conversion of the former Hawkins department store in Hitchin, Herts, to residential use
2016 : Design and procurement of a covered link between two existing industrial storage units for Exertis Supplies at Elland
2013 : Design and procurement of the complete internal remodelling and fit out of a new leisure centre at The Marriott Hotel, Kensington, for the Gym Way

2018 : Designed and obtained planning consent for a development of 2 new 4/5 bedroom executive style houses at Hitchin Road, Fairfield, Beds
2015 – 2016 : Kingsfield, Baldock, Herts. Designed and obtained planning consent for the conversion of an early 1900s convent building to 12 high-end apartments. Advised the client on disposal.
2013 – 2017 : Tyburn House, Hamsptead NW3. Design, procurement and delivery of the project to construct a basement + 2-storey high-end dwelling house of 418 sq.m (4,500 sq.ft)
2014 – 2015 : Orchard House, Gamlingay, Cambs. Design and procurement of a new dwelling house of 260 sq.m (2,800 sq.ft)
2007 – 2013 : Fitzjohns Esplanade, NW3. Design, procurement and delivery of the project to internally remodel and convert 6 Edwardian Hampstead mansion blocks to form 42 high-end residential apartments
2011 – 2013 : Moat Farm, Wheathampstead, Herts. Design, procurement and delivery of the project to construct a block of 6 high-end apartments within a listed walled garden site
2010 – 2012 : The Old Rectory, Wheathampstead, Herts. Design, procurement and delivery of the project to restore and convert a listed building which dated in part back to the 15th Century to a residential dwelling

2007 – 2009 : Managed a roll-out programme to infill loading docks and erect new covered canopies at approx 30 B&Q stores nationwide
2008 : Advised Fatface in relation to the acquisiton and fit out of a new store
2006 – 2008 : Managed a roll-out programme to install in-rack sprinklers in approx 45 B&Q stores nationwide
2005 – 2006 : Managed out the defects resolution process at 5 new B&Q store developments in the Republic of Ireland
2003 – 2003 : Chaired an R&D group sponsored by B&Q to develop and test a revolutionary in-rack “dry” sprinkler system for use in its retail warehouses

2014 – present : I manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential property in Hampstead, London, for the Cherry Hill Group. This is an ongoing commitment and involves property marketing, management of finances, bank borrowing, landlord & tenant matters, etc
